1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using https://syncskills.com.au ("the Website") and the services provided by SyncSkills Pty Ltd (ABN 48 672 884 472) ("SyncSkills", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SyncSkills provides online educational programs, coaching, and career support services. Our programs include live workshops, self-paced courses, career coaching, and community access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected students.

3. Enrolment & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled program. Access duration varies by program and is specified on the relevant course page.

Your account and login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of credential sharing.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

For instalment plans, you agree to pay all scheduled instalments on time. Failure to make instalment payments may result in suspension of course access until payment is resolved.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrolment. If you are dissatisfied with the program, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

After the 7-day period, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are available for programs that have been completed or where more than 50% of the content has been accessed.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, templates, and resources provided by SyncSkills are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal learning and career development purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any SyncSkills course materials without our written permission.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally in all SyncSkills programs, events, and community spaces. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

SyncSkills provides education and career support services. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, specific salaries, or job placements. Success stories and testimonials represent individual results and are not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
