About the Founders
We built the system we wish had existed when we needed it.
Tayo came to Australia with years of professional experience and got nowhere. The market didn't recognise her background. She upskilled, repositioned, and went from exhausted and underemployed to a government role paying $800 per day. The recruiter told her: “It would be insane not to give you this job.”
Noahwatched the immigrant experience up close his entire life — the sacrifice, the wasted potential, families separated by systems that weren't built for them. He decided the answer wasn't to work harder. It was to be positioned differently.
